Nolan is an expert at developing and managing complex databases, but he stresses that a thorough understanding of the client's needs is more important than technical mastery. Nolan is passionate about good communication. He says, "90% of the difficulty and challenge in almost every project is understanding the needs of your client, and making sure they understand you. Good communication is the most important skill a developer can have." For Nolan, the variety of projects and clients that K3 Integrations works with is what makes the job interesting and enjoyable. "Working on something new every few weeks is exciting and helps me keep my skills tuned."

David is passionate about using technology to build online communities that connect people with people. He came to K3 Integrations with a long history of developing web software. His programming career started during high school, then, after college, he went to Adobe Systems where he served as a Senior Web Software Architect.
